Cookham 1

A complex 8,000 sq ft property with some parts dating back to the 17th century, a new large open plan kitchen-diner was created, as well as extending the house with a bespoke oak framed conservatory.



Co-designed the structure of the new roof with skylight. By inserting steel beams in the existing 18th Century timber roof and even casing some steels in original timber beams, our solution managed to avoid the need for columns, making the most of the open plan space.
